Background in recruiting for a number of companies across the valley, and now own and operate our family E-Commerce business. Coaching is the fun part of the day, while being a good husband and intentional father are my number one priorities. My coaching philosophy includes coaching the person first, and the sport second. I enjoy putting those around me at ease, and working together as parents and coaches - it’s pretty simple. Athletics and sports are a piece of the educational pie, and engaging young people in sports is critical. In my free time I am either building our business, building up our children, or building up someone else in some fashion. It’s all about people.
