Biography:
I have been coaching a combination of flag and tackle football for 6 years with multiple seasons per year.
I always tell people that I coach because I am selfish. Because it is so much fun!
But seriously, it gives me a lot of joy to be able to teach young athletes core values and skills that they can bring with them throughout the rest of their lives.
A few things I try to instill in my players are mastering the basics, making adjustments when things aren't working, we win together and lose together, and losing is an opportunity to grow and winning ought to be celebrated.
Lastly, our target each week is to win games! It is not the be-all-end-all, but it is the one thing we are aiming for each week.
