Biography:
Running is unequivocally hard but doing it with a team is easier. I've been running since I was a kid and have made many of my closest friends and relationships through the sport. Having run collegiately as part of a national championship team, I hope to teach the importance of attitude and effort to the Falcons of Veritas.
Biography:
Athletics have always been an integral part of my life. It has been a privilege to coach Cross Country and Track and Field at Veritas since 2021.
I ran Cross Country and Track & field in college and am grateful to have achieved 13 time All American honors with the help of excellent coaches and teammates.
I believe in making athletics accessible and fun for all; the mind is a powerful tool that I hope to develop in Veritas’ distance runners!
